Job Summary

Executive Director of Sales sought to lead sales strategy and execution across Restaurant, Ecommerce, and Events verticals. Responsibilities include building scalable sales processes across the funnel, developing cross-functional forecasts with marketing, instilling a high-performance sales culture, governing activities with Operations/Finance/Brand, leading high-volume lead generation via email/SMS, aligning digital leads with conversion efforts (Shopify, CRM, and event platforms), maintaining a standard offerings catalog across Ecommerce and Catering/Events, and maintaining strong client relationships through Tier I and II accounts. Requires 5+ years in sales with a proven track record, CRM/call-center experience, and hospitality industry exposure.
