Job Summary
Develop and manage the organization-wide Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) system, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for service provision. Lead the accreditation process, oversee contractual reviews, and operationalize risk management procedures across all units. Establish metrics for benchmarking and analysis while directing data use strategies to support decision-making. Serve as the organization's Privacy Officer, setting standards for information privacy and ensuring adherence to HIPAA and other laws. Provide direct supervision, training, and evaluation for assigned staff, fostering an environment of engagement and dignity. Participate in learning experiences to advance professional growth and collaborate to replicate best practices throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work or human sciences
- Background check clearance
- Appropriate professional and state (LSW, LCSW, etc.) certification
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in direct service
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience at program unit level
- Demonstrated ability to relate to professionals in other occupational fields
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to relate to others, influence people, make decisions, plan, direct and/or control work
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Valid statutory minimum liability insurance coverage
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software
