Job Summary
Genentech seeks an experienced Executive Director of Portfolio Insights & Analytics responsible for defining and executing the analytics and measurement strategy for Market Access, Patient Engagement, Population Health, and Medical. This role includes leading a high-performing team, architecting the vision for portfolio data analytics, and directing sophisticated predictive tools. The successful candidate will provide strategic insight, support decision-making processes with high-impact insights, and champion enterprise digital transformation. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, extensive leadership experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sectors, and proficiency in healthcare data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, engineering, or scientific discipline
- 15+ years of progressive leadership within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors
- 5+ years of experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in analytics
- 10+ years of experience in Market Access, Patient Strategy, Healthcare Policy, or Portfolio Strategy
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical forecasting and measurement methodologies
- Strong proficiency in leveraging complex, large-scale healthcare data
- Track record of architecting and implementing analytical roadmaps
- Fluency in the global data privacy landscape and compliance requirements
- Mastery of commercial and clinical topics including drug pricing dynamics and reimbursement education
- Exceptional influence and communication skills
