Job Summary
Lead operational strategy and financial stewardship across all Passion City Church locations by aligning strategies with the global vision, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and revenue streams for church, label, events, and publishing. Manage real estate relationships, negotiate new projects and contract renewals, and ensure compliance with nonprofit financial standards, tax obligations, and legal requirements. Direct a high-capacity operations team spanning HR, IT, facilities, and finance while leading risk management, vendor relations, and organizational development for multi-entity entities. Serve on the executive team to coordinate joint efforts across ministry and operations, maintaining strong civic community relationships and fostering a culture of spiritual formation and excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of executive leadership experience in finance, operations, or business development
- Proven experience managing multi-entity organizations and diverse revenue streams
- Demonstrated ability to scale teams, implement infrastructure, and lead through change
- Excellent financial literacy, strategic insight, and organizational development skills
- Skilled and proven track record of facilitating large scale, multi-faceted negotiations
- Bachelor's degree
- CPA, MBA, or relevant advanced degree
