Job Summary
Oversee campus operations by supervising all building projects, furniture purchases, office moves, cleaning, grounds management, and repairs. Administer department activities in coordination with the Director of Finance and manage teams including Directors of Grounds, Maintenance, Custodial, and Transportation. Communicate with community leaders representing OCU and support other departments as needed. Maintain strong leadership skills to prevent, predict, and correct multiple issues pertaining to maintenance and custodial functions while adhering to the OCU Community Lifestyle Statement.
Required Qualifications
- strong Christian commitment

- Bachelor's degree
- Several years of experience in supervision of employees
- strong leadership
- Working knowledge of Budget management
- Working knowledge of Trades to include Hvac, electrical, plumbing, lighting, grounds, custodial
- Skill and Ability to prevent, predict, correct and react to multiple issues pertaining to maintenance and custodial issues
- strong leadership and relationship skills
