Job Summary
Lead pediatric clinical operations across New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut, supervising skilled nursing teams and managing high-acuity and VIP cases. Provide real-time problem-solving support during daily stand-ups and team huddles, ensuring all assessments, start of care visits, and routine visits are completed as scheduled with accurate documentation. Oversee insurance authorizations, Single Case Agreements, and Letters of Medical Necessity while coordinating with physicians, hospitals, and payers to maintain uninterrupted patient services. Conduct regular self-audits of clinical charts, monitor infection control reporting, and implement corrective actions for compliance and quality assurance. Manage on-call schedules for NY and CT offices, participate in QA/QAPI meetings, and support staff development through orientation and competency validation. Requires an active RN license, 5+ years of pediatric home care leadership experience, and flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
