Job Summary
Oversee strategic leadership and operational oversight for inpatient care units, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care while achieving organizational, financial, and clinical objectives. Manage the growth and development of inpatient and non-hospice services within partner facilities, foster relationships with internal and referral sources, and provide leadership to Inpatient Care Center Managers. Drive operational performance, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and financial stewardship to support the mission and values of Bluegrass Care Navigators. Schedule includes Monday-Friday with occasional weekends and nights for supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive healthcare leadership or management experience
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile liability insurance meeting Bluegrass Care Navigators' requirements
- Ability to meet Bluegrass Care Navigators' employee health, infectious disease, and vaccination requirements
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile in good working order, that is insured in accordance with state minimum requirements
