Job Summary
Lead the clinical team and manage daily agency operations to ensure smooth patient care delivery. Maintain ongoing liaison with the Governing Body, staff, and community while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local health and safety regulations. Oversee budgeting, accounting, and the timely submission of required reports, and supervise staff education on applicable laws. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans and evaluate clinical program effectiveness to improve patient outcomes. Monitor satisfaction survey reports and take action on regulatory recommendations for continuous improvement.
