Job Summary
Executive Director of Connected Care leading ambulatory access across SEARHC's enterprise, overseeing patient support center operations, scheduling, referral management, provider template management, and omnichannel patient communications. Builds and executes the enterprise Connected Care and ambulatory access roadmap, partners with clinical operations, IT, and revenue cycle to implement technology-enabled workflows, and translates operational needs into practical plans. Requires senior leadership experience in health system operations, expertise in patient access/ambulatory services, and ability to drive performance improvements and change across multiple teams within a non-profit health system in Southeast Alaska.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
- Training or experience in process improvement and Lean/Six Sigma
- Minimum ten (10) years of executive experience in health system operations and/or performance improvement
- Minimum five (5) years of executive experience in a patient access or ambulatory leadership role
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Training or experience in process improvement and Lean/Six Sigma
- Certification preferred
