Job Summary
Lead, supervise, and manage interdisciplinary care team members to ensure alignment with company protocols and performance expectations. Provide strategic direction to staff within the care group, overseeing adherence to value-based care practices and operational workflows to optimize efficiency and patient outcomes. Monitor and manage staffing to maintain appropriate census and geographic alignment while utilizing software systems and company-driven reports to enhance group performance. Coordinate ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development for team members, ensuring pursuit of quality improvement initiatives to drive improved star ratings. Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to implement patient-centered resources and proactive preventative care strategies. This full-time, 8-hour position (8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday) in the Myrtle Beach office may require on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Nursing license
- Nursing license must be in good standing with appropriate board/issuer
- Minimum of three (3) years in healthcare management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years in leadership
- Demonstrated success in developing and implement clinical programs and quality improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of value-based care
- Knowledge of primary care billing
- Knowledge of healthcare cost reduction strategies
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities
- Ability to manage and demonstrate effective leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with other department heads, leadership, and key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player with ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Sound judgment
- Ability to read and communicate effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must be able to work flexible hours
- Must be able to travel between offices, facilities, etc.
- Must be a licensed driver
- Must have an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements
- Must have an automobile that is in good working condition
- Must be available for on call
