Job Summary
Executive Director to oversee and direct department coordinators, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, manage budgets, drive full occupancy and waitlist management, hire and set expectations for managers and staff, foster a positive work culture, and support residents and families through the organization’s Four Pillars: Physical Fitness, Brain Fitness, Dining Experience, and Social/Spiritual Enrichment. Requires leadership, collaboration, empathy for older adults, strong communication, and proficiency with computers/electronic devices. Salary range $75,000-$95,000 with a comprehensive benefits package; some weekends/holidays require flexibility. Location: Long Grove, IL (onsite).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- Experience in senior living, long-term care, home health, or similar healthcare settings (preferred)
- Holds a Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) or Nursing Home Administrator license (preferred)
