Job Summary
Executive Director, New Business responsible for leading development and execution of strategies to identify, evaluate, and capture new business opportunities in semiconductor and related markets. Lead market research, forge strategic partnerships with OEMs, fabs, design houses, and suppliers; align with R&D and product management; manage and drive sales including lead generation, negotiation, and closing; develop business case models, pricing strategies, and sales forecasts; establish KPIs; maintain strong relationships with key accounts; collaborate across marketing, product development, operations, and finance; provide company-wide leadership with other executives; develop and implement short- and long-term business plans, budgeting, and performance tracking; mentor and develop talent and ensure cross-functional alignment of resources to achieve strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, or related field
- 12+ years of increased responsibilities in business development or sales in chemical manufacturing, semiconductor, or materials science
- 10+ years progressive leadership experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
