Job Summary
Executive Director leads strategy to drive fundraising growth for NKF Tennessee by building collaborations with healthcare systems, medical professionals, and community leaders, while overseeing a donor portfolio including corporate sponsors, individual major donors, foundations, and community events. The role partners with an engaged volunteers and leadership board to execute market strategies, expand reach, and advance kidney-health initiatives. Key responsibilities include strategic fundraising, team and board development, program excellence (education, patient conferences, and forums), and market leadership to position NKF as the leading voice for kidney health in Tennessee. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of progressive fundraising success in the nonprofit sector, with strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and financial management skills.
