Executive Director - Multi-School Early Childhood Management

Lead, coach, and develop school Directors and leadership teams across multiple early childhood Primrose Schools in Oklahoma. Foster positive, high-performing cultures centered on accountability, collaboration, and excellence while driving enrollment growth, retention, and outstanding family experiences. Oversee financial performance, labor management, and operational effectiveness, ensuring compliance with all licensing requirements, company policies, and quality standards. Analyze key performance indicators to create action plans that drive measurable results, recruit and mentor exceptional leaders, and conduct regular school visits and operational reviews. Partner with school leaders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support future school acquisitions and openings. Serve as a visible, approachable leader modeling Primrose Schools and Pathlight Learning's values. Requires proven experience leading multi-site operations, strong operational acumen, and the flexibility to travel regularly between schools throughout Oklahoma. Bachelor's degree and five years of leadership experience in early childhood education or similar multi-site service organizations preferred.
