Job Summary
Executive Director for the Southeast Chapter of The Common Market leads a mission-driven wholesale food-distribution operation, accountable for performance across operations, revenue, and team execution; responsibilities include running a multi-million dollar regional operation, owning revenue targets and cost structure, ensuring high-quality food distribution with strong food safety and operational discipline, building relationships with farmers and institutional customers, expanding institutional sales, coaching and developing frontline and mid-level managers, partnering with national leadership on strategy and systems, and representing the organization in the regional food system; role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional team oversight, warehouse/logistics management, and regular travel (20–30%).

- P&L ownership
