Executive Director (LNHA, HFA)

Oversee organizational operations and strategic direction while managing budgets, implementing policies, and ensuring goals are met. Represent the health campus externally with governmental agencies and third-party payers, and round routinely to build relationships with residents, families, and employees. Nurtures company culture by leading by example, fostering teamwork, and driving retention, employee satisfaction, and quality measures. Coordinates with campus, divisional, and home office teams to solve problems, participates in regulatory surveys, and leads development of plans for inspection deficiencies. Ensures established policies and Trilogy's Service Standards are strictly followed.
