Job Summary
Executive Director oversees day-to-day facility operations at a 55-bed SNF with additional IL community, leading department leadership, budgeting, regulatory compliance, QA, and staff development to achieve quality resident care. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business plans, monitoring operations and safety, maintaining customer service initiatives, coordinating with regulators and community partners, managing marketing and census strategies, and ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies. Requires strong leadership, communication, and HRIS/CRM proficiency, NAB/licensure, and a Bachelor's or Associate’s degree; some overnight travel and a driving requirement are noted. Starting salary around $100,000+ with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree is required (IA, MN for Bachelor's; NE, SD for Associate’s)
- Nursing Home Administrator license and/or NAB exam
- Experience in supervisory role; healthcare experience favorable
- Must be able to perform Essential Functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Valid driver’s license; some overnight travel required
