Job Summary
Inspire, coach, and develop department leaders to achieve organizational success while ensuring exceptional resident care through quality programs. Drive occupancy and financial performance via strategic planning and partnership with sales and marketing teams. Develop and manage operating budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility, and build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, healthcare partners, and the local community. Partner with regional leadership to execute long-term strategic initiatives. This role oversees overall operations at Clarendale at Indian Lake, a community offering independent, assisted, and memory care units, fostering a culture of compassion and excellence for seniors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, hospitality, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related service industry
- Provide experience leading large teams and managing multi-department operations
- Strong financial acumen, including budget, forecasting, and operational planning
- Exceptional communication, relationship building, and leadership skills
- Passion for serving older adults and creating exceptional resident experiences
