Job Summary
Executive Director / Nursing Home Administrator sought to lead a Skilled Nursing Facility in Milwaukee, WI. Responsible for overall center management, profitability, operations, census development, AR management, Net Operating Income optimization, resident/patient care, state/federal survey compliance, employee relations, and implementation of center programs. Requires a current State Nursing Home Administrator license and prior post-acute care experience. Competitive compensation up to $140,000 annually, unlimited PTO, and leadership-incentive opportunities. Location-based duties focus on on-site center leadership and day-to-day rounds to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Current State License as Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)
