Executive Director - Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD)

Executive Director (LALD) sought to lead day-to-day operations at Ridgeview Place Senior Living in Sauk Rapids, MN. Responsible for facility operations, occupancy growth, external marketing, regulatory compliance, staff development, and delivering high-quality resident care in an Assisted Living and memory care community. Responsibilities include leading department leadership and operations, coordinating with facility management and QA processes, ensuring compliance with federal/state/local standards, overseeing budgeting and finances, developing and executing a marketing strategy to maximize census and payer mix, maintaining safety and disaster plans, and building positive relationships with regulators, residents, families, healthcare providers, physicians, and the community. Strong emphasis on people-first culture, customer service excellence, effective communication, and cross-functional teamwork. Must possess a valid driver’s license with some overnight travel. Education: associate degree or state-approved education required; experience in supervisory roles with healthcare background preferred; licensed as an Assisted Living Director in the state of operation.
