Job Summary
Champion the vision, mission, and values of Legacy Leadership Forums while leading and developing a high-performing, Christ-centered team. Foster a thriving organizational culture where staff and members flourish, and guide the ministry's strategic growth while strengthening existing Forums. Build meaningful relationships with donors, business leaders, ministry partners, and community stakeholders, serving as the primary spokesperson and ambassador for the organization. This role requires an entrepreneurial and servant-leader mindset to cast vision, develop leaders one-on-one, and ensure the ministry has the structure and strategy needed to flourish. The Executive Director will receive a $90,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience, and travel compensation, working in a flexible environment with significant leadership autonomy.
