Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of assisted living communities, including clinical, administrative, dining, environmental, and staffing functions. Provide leadership to managers and staff to ensure high-quality resident-centered care while maintaining compliance with county, state, and federal regulations. Partner with the Director of Nursing on care plans, lead QAPI initiatives, monitor census, and manage the annual budgeting process to maximize operational profits. Develop relationships with referral sources and hospitals, coordinate investigations of complaints, and participate in strategic planning meetings. Maintain excellent communication with residents, families, and corporate leadership while supporting employee satisfaction through coaching and scheduling. Full-time day shift position with competitive wage; requires current Minnesota Licensed Assisted Living Director license and experience with Minnesota regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Current Minnesota Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) license
- Ability to travel locally or regionally as needed to trainings or meetings
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Executive Director or assisted living leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Minnesota assisted living regulations and operations
- Experience with staffing, budgeting, customer service, and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team-focused culture
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
