Job Summary
Lead the organization in advancing its mission, strengthening relationships with municipal leaders, and guiding strategic priorities that impact communities statewide. Partner with the Board, staff, and key stakeholders to enhance NHMA's influence, expand member engagement, and ensure the organization continues to serve as the leading voice for New Hampshire municipalities. This role requires a collaborative and strategic leader with strong communication skills, experience working with diverse stakeholders, and the ability to navigate complex policy environments. The ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to public service. Compensation ranges from $175,000 to $225,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.
