Job Summary
Provide leadership and oversight for all Michelle P. Waiver (MPW) and Supports for Community Living (SCL) program operations in Kentucky. Ensure full compliance with Kentucky Medicaid regulations, documentation standards, and waiver requirements. Supervise agency leadership and staff while promoting a culture of excellence. Oversee quality assurance initiatives, program development, and continuous improvement. Maintain strong relationships with participants, families, referral sources, and state agencies. Manage organizational operations, budgeting, and strategic growth while ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Candidates must meet Kentucky qualifications for MPW and SCL services, possess thorough knowledge of state regulations, and hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Advanced degrees and Adult Day Health Care leadership experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Meets all Kentucky qualifications to serve as an Executive Director for Michelle P. Waiver (MPW) and Supports for Community Living (SCL) services
- Thorough knowledge of Kentucky regulations, policies, and requirements governing MPW and SCL programs
- Previous leadership experience overseeing MPW and/or SCL services
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree
- Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) leadership experience
- Experience with Medicaid waiver compliance, quality assurance, staff development, and program oversight
- Candidates with Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) management experience
