Job Summary
Executive Director to lead a stand-alone Memory Care community, providing strategic and operational leadership to ensure exceptional resident care, strong financial performance, regulatory compliance, and high employee engagement. Candidates should have a proven track record in senior living leadership with a deep commitment to person-centered dementia care, and be adept at navigating governance, budgets, regulatory requirements, and team development to foster a culture of excellence for residents, families, and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in senior living leadership
- Experience leading memory care or dementia-care programs
- Strong regulatory compliance experience in healthcare or senior living
- Demonstrated financial management and budgeting skills
- Operational leadership across multiple functions (care, dietary, activities, maintenance)
- Strong policy development and governance experience
- Commitment to person-centered care and resident-focused outcomes
- Leadership of cross-functional teams and staff development
- Stakeholder and family engagement
- Strategic planning and quality improvement
- Experience with regulatory audits and accreditation processes
- Ability to balance resident care quality with financial performance
