Executive Director, IT R&D Systems

Executive Director, IT R&D Systems responsible for overseeing an IT organization delivering compliant IT R&D support and services, establishing technology delivery standards for the R&D function, and planning, directing, and managing IT solutions for Clinical, Drug Safety, Regulatory, Medical Affairs and Research and Development within Alkermes. Will provide leadership and knowledge empowerment to team members, mature IT R&D services, participate as a key member of the IT Senior Leadership Team, and serve as the primary liaison between internal and external IT organizations. Reports to the CIO and works a weekly hybrid schedule in the Waltham, MA location.
