Executive Director - IS Operations and Technology

Oversee all "Keep the Lights On" and "Run the Business" activities to ensure clinical, administrative, and operational information systems remain available, secure, and performant 24/7. Manage departmental budget, human resources, and a team of IS managers, engineers, and support staff while collaborating with the security team to mitigate cybersecurity threats. Demonstrate integrity, accountability, and adherence to The Joint Commission requirements to support a safe, efficient, and patient-centered care environment. Lead strategic infrastructure planning and continuous improvement as a key partner to clinical and business leaders.
