Executive Director - IS Clinical Operations and Transformation

Lead systemwide clinical, operational, and cultural transformation across the health system by designing, executing, and evaluating initiatives that improve care quality, enhance patient experiences, and advance organizational performance. Manage departmental budgets, oversee human resources, and ensure compliance with The Joint Commission requirements while collaborating with physicians, nursing leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based practices and optimize workflows. Direct complex, multi-site transformation programs leveraging data analytics and continuous improvement methodologies to achieve sustainable results, championing a culture of excellence and innovation that supports the mission of delivering high-quality, equitable, patient-centered care. Reports to the Chief Information Officer/VP and supervises directors of IT financial, third-party systems, and application services.
