Job Summary

Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all organizational programs, operations, and staff. Develop and implement organizational goals, policies, and long-term strategic plans while overseeing financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and fiscal accountability. Build and maintain relationships with community partners, funders, and regulatory agencies to lead fundraising, grant writing, and development efforts. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and licensing requirements. Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing staff while fostering a positive organizational culture and serve as the primary spokesperson and advocate for the organization in the community. Not convicted of any felony or misdemeanor. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Nonprofit Management, Social Work, Public Administration, or related field preferred. 5+ years of senior leadership or executive management experience, preferably in a nonprofit or human services setting. Demonstrated experience in budget management, financial oversight, and resource development. Strong knowledge of community living, disability services, or social services programs. Proven ability to build partnerships with government agencies, funders, and community stakeholders. Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills. Required Qualifications
