Job Summary
Lead, manage, and inspire a team of professionals to ensure exceptional service delivery to students and faculty. Oversee day-to-day operations and execution of the IMBA program, overseeing the student journey from onboarding through graduation. Develop and implement initiatives to improve student engagement, satisfaction, and program quality while driving transformation and continuous improvement. Coordinate large-scale strategic and operational projects across the program lifecycle, ensuring effective resource allocation and adherence to quality standards. Monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching opportunities. Collaborate closely with senior management and academic leadership to align operations with strategic priorities. This full-time position is based in Madrid, María de Molina, reporting to the Director of Experience & Transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire others
- Strong orientation toward service excellence and student-centric solutions
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, large-scale strategic or operational projects
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strategic mindset with a strong focus on execution and continuous improvement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including collaboration and stakeholder management
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and international environments
- Budget management expertise
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in complex organizations
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Familiarity with higher education, MBA programs, or student services environments is highly desirable
- Experience implementing operational improvement or transformation initiatives is a plus
