Executive Director (IDD Services)

Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with state licensing and reporting standards for residential services. Assess operational issues to develop comprehensive solutions, recommend new policies for efficiency, and locate grant and funding opportunities. Conduct fundraising activities to promote the national organization and maintain a positive public image. Interface with local, state, and governmental agencies while participating in developing long and short-term department goals. Requires a Bachelor's degree with an MBA preferred, plus proven executive or senior management experience.
