Job Summary
Executive Director to run ABA clinics in Cordova, TN, leading operations, growth, financial performance, and culture. Drive center growth, client admissions and diagnostics, manage P&L and operating costs, build referral networks with families/schools, oversee staff development and onboarding, ensure licensing and accreditation compliance, and utilize data dashboards (e.g., Tableau) to monitor KPIs and performance. Lead talent retention and engagement, foster collaboration with clinical, admissions, marketing, and HR teams, and develop strategic relationships with community partners to support growth. Requires strong leadership, financial acumen, knowledge of ABA services, and ability to guide a high-performing team in a healthcare/behavioral health setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Behavioral Health strongly preferred.
