Job Summary
Establish and evaluate goals for hospice services that meet quality standards and federal regulations. Direct overall location operations by implementing policies, monitoring sales and service performance, and hiring qualified personnel. Coordinate hospice service provision, delegate tasks to staff, and establish care standards to ensure compliance. Build and sustain a diverse team while communicating effectively to solve problems cooperatively. Maintain strong organizational, strategic, and project management skills to drive objectives. Requires active RN licensure, 2+ years in administrative management and health-related industry, and a Bachelor's degree. Salary ranges from $140-180k with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k match, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and
- Administrative Management: 2 years
- Health related industry: 2 years
- Bachelor's Degree or preferred Bachelor's or master's Degree in a health-related field
