Job Summary
Executive Director of Great Lakes Healthcare Center, responsible for overall operation and financial success of the facility. Leads staff, ensures care standards and high-quality resident care, functions as team member and supervisor, and oversees budgeting and regulatory compliance in Indiana. Requires Indiana HFA license and management experience in post-acute/long-term care; includes competitive salary, annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- Must meet all Indiana State requirements for Licensed Health Facilities Administrator (HFA)
- Must hold a currently valid HFA license in the State of Indiana
- At least two years of gradually increasing management responsibility with a minimum of an AIT internship completed
- Strong management and operation skills
- Strong math/budgetary skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
