Job Summary
Executive Director, Head of Product for the Alternative Lending team at Chase, responsible for setting the vision and strategy for installment lending products (including Chase Pay in 4) and other alternative lending offerings. Lead a multi-year strategy, roadmap, and execution, manage cross-functional prioritization and planning, own the core lending platform roadmap across customer journeys, and ensure platform stability and resiliency. Collaborate with technology, operations, design, analytics, and other partners to deliver innovative, scalable lending solutions; foster a data-driven culture and ownership. The role requires senior leadership influence, regulatory and risk awareness, and strong communication with executive stakeholders. Location: New York, NY. Requires authorization to work in the US; visa sponsorship not provided.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management or product development experience with significant lending, payments or retail financial services experience
- Demonstrated leadership of high-performing product teams and complex cross-functional programs
- Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements in banking and risk and control frameworks
- Proven track record managing end-to-end product development lifecycle for large-scale initiatives
- Experience defining and managing OKRs/KPIs, building business cases, delivering measurable results
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration with technology, design, analytics
- A passion for pushing boundaries and challenging the status quo
