Job Summary
Establish YVRTA's operational, financial, and administrative foundation as the organization's first employee. Build the Authority's culture, strategic direction, and service delivery approach while working closely with the six-member Board of Directors. Lead startup efforts to connect residents, workers, and visitors across Routt and Moffat Counties, requiring frequent travel throughout the 110-mile service region. Report directly to the Board to foster collaboration among constituent member jurisdictions.
