Job Summary
Executive Director – Global Scientific Marketing Affairs, Companion Animal leads strategic and medical/scientific activities across the Companion Animal portfolio, including development of global Medical Affairs strategy, oversight of publications, CME, and thought-leader engagement; manages a matrix team of medical services directors globally, collaborates with marketing and commercial teams to drive strategy, ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards, and drive data-driven, evidence-based value across markets; includes leadership of scientific communications, real-world data generation, post-marketing studies, and cross-functional partnerships, with travel up to 35% and a hybrid work arrangement; required to hold veterinary degree with significant leadership experience in veterinary medical/scientific business contexts; travel across regions and global leadership interactions are expected.
