Job Summary
Executive Director, Global Market Access & Pricing – Immunology leads the global access, pricing, and reimbursement strategy across the Immunology portfolio. Shapes enterprise-level strategy, aligns R&D, Commercial, Policy, and regional teams, and drives global launch and lifecycle readiness. Key responsibilities include leading payer value proposition development, integrating access and pricing across launches and lifecycle management, influencing development-stage strategy and evidence plans, anticipating policy and competitive pressures, and partnering with cross-functional teams to translate clinical and economic evidence into payer-relevant value propositions. The role requires senior leadership, ability to manage portfolio trade-offs, governance and compliance, and capability-building across the Immunology access & pricing organization. It also encompasses supporting business development inputs, portfolio prioritization decisions, and ensuring Global Market Access readiness across multiple markets with a focus on value realization, global pricing strategies, and stakeholder collaboration. Preferred candidates will demonstrate immunology domain knowledge, advanced health economics tools, and proven ability to lead diverse, high-performing teams in a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- ≥10 years in market access, pricing/reimbursement, public health, health economics, sales/marketing, or market research
- Knowledge and experience in immunology (preferred)
- Strong strategic leadership, cross-functional influence, and executive communication
