Job Summary
Develop and execute a comprehensive engagement strategy for government agencies, intelligence community entities, and industry associations to strengthen the Firm's cybersecurity posture. Represent the Firm at industry events and working groups to build relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for formal information-sharing and classified engagements. Facilitate the collection and exchange of sector threat intelligence, triaging actionable data for internal teams while coordinating sanitized distributions to trusted partners. Lead a small team of regional partnership leads, oversee security clearance requirements for employees, and manage vendor risk functions by informing third-party risk management of identified sector threats. Monitor emerging cybersecurity trends to provide actionable recommendations to internal teams. Domestic travel is required approximately a few days per month.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, information technology, intelligence studies, business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, intelligence, or a related discipline, with a demonstrated focus on government and stakeholder engagement, partnerships, or liaison roles
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- Knowledge of and/or experience working with FS-ISAC, U.S. Treasury, CISA, U.S. law enforcement and intelligence community entities, peer financial institutions, or other partnership organizations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and sustaining relationships with senior stakeholders across public and private sectors
- Domestic travel may be required, approximately a few days per month
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services sector strongly preferred
- Knowledge of U.S. cybersecurity regulations, requirements, and the national intelligence-sharing ecosystem
