Job Summary
Develop data-driven financing strategies by leveraging mathematical and statistical models to analyze market trends and risk positions. Implement derivative and alternative financing strategies to create new trading opportunities and prepare quantitative analyses of financial risks associated with liquidity, credit, and interest rates in client-focused transactions. Facilitate funding transactions for fixed-income portfolios while optimizing constrained resources, including balance sheets, funding, capital, and collateral. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field and five years of experience executing securities financing transactions, including managing multibillion-dollar portfolios, asset and cross-currency swaps, and large data sets for risk indicators. Up to 5% international travel required. Located in New York, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative field
- 5 years of experience with executing securities financing transactions
- 5 years of experience with trading multibillion-dollar portfolios
- 5 years of experience with analyzing financial markets and credit to structure trades and evaluate risk
- 5 years of experience with managing asset and cross-currency swaps
- 5 years of experience with analyzing large data sets to identify and report risk indicators
- 5 years of experience with ensuring proper governance and regulatory requirements are followed during financing and securities lending transactions
- 5 years of experience with creating financial reports using Power BI
- Up to 5% international travel
- Valid work or study permit
