Executive Director, Global Clinical Development (Neuroscience)

Executive Director, Global Clinical Development (Neuroscience) leads the clinical development strategy for assets/indications within a global organization, supervising a broad team of Clinical Development Leads and up to 50 professionals to design, execute and interpret clinical trials from early phases through registrational effort. The role includes providing strategic insights into trial designs, supervising regulatory dossiers, supporting business development due diligence, and contributing to governance and leadership forums. It requires developing differentiated clinical development programs, building an ethical, diverse culture, managing budgets/headcount, and cross-functional collaboration with Research, Regulatory, Medical, and Commercial teams. The position involves travel (domestic and international) and requires an MD with substantial trial and regulatory experience (PhD or other advanced degree optional). Compensation range is $340,870 to $413,051 for a full-time employee, plus potential incentive cash and stock opportunities. The role reports to the Head of Clinical Development and participates in the Therapeutic Area clinical development leadership team.
