Job Summary
Executive Director responsible for the overall management and financial performance of the Community; develops quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives; engages with residents and families with compassion to foster a warm, dignified environment; provides hands-on supervision to ensure high-quality resident care; nurtures a collaborative team culture; ensures compliance with state and federal regulations; collaborates with marketing and sales to oversee occupancy development.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a healthcare leadership role
- RCA or HFA licensure required at applicable locations
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members
- Experience in effective budget management and strong understanding of financial statements and reports
- Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
