Job Summary
Conduct business and sales planning to communicate community goals and vision to the team. Operate the community as a mini-business while managing resident satisfaction needs and anticipating care requirements. Direct staff work to ensure measurable growth and satisfaction, maintaining financial records and conforming to applicable laws and regulations. Maintain personal integrity and demonstrate a positive, energetic attitude toward residents. This full-time role at Pinnacle Groves Senior Living includes a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule with weekend manager rotation. Candidates must hold an active Arkansas LNHA or RCAL license, possess at least two years of college and three years of residential care experience, and be criminally cleared with a clean driving record.
Required Qualifications
- At least twenty-one (21) years of age
- Two (2) years of college; at least three (3) years of experience providing residential care to the elderly; or equivalent education and experience
- Active and in good standing LNHA (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator) or RCAL (Residential Care and Assisted Living Administrator) for the state of Arkansas (AR)
- Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to the residents
- Knowledge of and ability to conform to the applicable laws, rules and regulations
- Ability to maintain or supervise the maintenance of financial and other records
- Ability to direct the work of others and provide the necessary leadership for measurable growth and satisfaction in performing the work
- Good character and reputation of personal integrity
- Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with our Residents
- Positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents
- Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information in our systems
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, for brief periods of time
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds
- Comfortable sitting at a desk between six and eight hours a day
- Criminally cleared
- Clean driving record as per the insurance carrier's policy
