Job Summary
Executive Director for Undergraduate Admissions leads the University's undergraduate recruitment and admissions operations, overseeing freshman, transfer, international, dual enrollment, and special population recruitment initiatives. Responsible for strategic recruitment planning, enrollment forecasting, territory management, and staff development, with collaboration across Financial Aid, Registrar, Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Athletics, Institutional Effectiveness, Advancement, and Marketing. Manages admissions processes from prospect generation to enrollment, oversees communications and events, ensures regulatory compliance, and utilizes data analytics and CRM technologies to improve efficiency and yield. Requires senior leadership experience in admissions, strategic enrollment planning, strong stakeholder management, and a focus on student success and enrollment growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in admissions, recruitment, enrollment management, or higher education leadership
- Experience supervising professional staff and managing budgets
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Experience utilizing CRM systems and enrollment technologies
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in admissions, recruitment, enrollment management, or higher education leadership
- Experience supervising professional staff and managing budgets
