Job Summary
Executive Director for Asset & Wealth Management Global Private Bank Operations leads multi-site teams and owns end-to-end service delivery across critical operational functions (middle office, cash operations, settlements, onboarding, fraud remediation, and quality control). Drives a scalable operating model, governance, and risk management while delivering digital transformation initiatives to improve accuracy, speed, and outcomes. Builds senior stakeholder relationships, defines metrics and cadences, and strengthens talent pipelines, coaching, and operational resiliency across a large, distributed organization. Experience leading private banking operations, driving automation, and managing complex programs in a regulated environment are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in financial services.
- Minimum 5 years in senior leadership managing large, multi-site teams and complex operations.
- Proven delivery across operational domains relevant to private banking operations with strong client service outcomes.
- Demonstrated success leading digital transformation and automation with measurable impact.
- Strong control discipline and experience ensuring audit and exam readiness.
- Excellent judgment and communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Strong program management skills, including prioritization, governance, and execution under tight timelines.
