Job Summary
Lead the Digital Infrastructure Structured Finance pillar in Asia Pacific by originating, structuring, and executing transactions across syndicated corporate loans and debt capital markets. Drive client discussions, financing strategy, marketing materials, term sheet negotiations, and internal approval processes while directing credit papers, financial models, and due diligence. Collaborate with relationship coverage, syndications, legal, credit risk, and compliance teams to oversee post-closing portfolio management, exposure monitoring, and refinancing opportunities. Support the broader Financing Group franchise in the region through cross-border transaction execution and stakeholder collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in digital infrastructure (and commercial real estate) finance
- Proven track record of originating, structuring and closing financing transactions with financial sponsors, corporates, financial institutions, and/or government-related clients
- Strong credit, financial analysis and financial modelling skills
- Ability to assess complex cash flow profiles, downside scenarios, risk allocation, transaction returns and portfolio risks
- Good understanding of financing documentation, due diligence, syndication / distribution, internal credit approval processes and cross-border transaction execution
- Strong awareness of credit, market, regulatory, compliance, reputational and conduct risk considerations
- Asia Pacific transaction experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Strong collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in project finance or structured finance transactions
- Additional Asian languages
