Job Summary

Executive Director on the Leadership Edge team will lead the design and launch of an expanded executive development curriculum for senior leaders. The role involves partnering with technical SMEs to translate business needs into impactful learning solutions, including AI-focused initiatives, and delivering accessible, engaging learning through multiple channels. You will establish and monitor KPIs focused on learning outcomes, participant satisfaction, and business impact; build partnerships with business leaders, HR stakeholders, and cross-functional teams across geographies; foster an inclusive environment; lead discovery efforts and needs assessment; adapt programs rapidly to changing business needs; drive continuous program improvement; and facilitate transformative learning experiences for senior leaders while staying current with industry trends.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in executive development, instructional design, or related leadership roles with a focus on senior leaders
  • Collaborative partnering with clients and HR colleagues across geographies and matrix structures
  • Experience facilitating senior-level groups, including 1:1 and team coaching
  • Ability to work across geographies and within a matrix structure; multicultural and international environment experience
  • Demonstrated expertise designing initiatives educating leaders on strategic use and implementation of AI technologies
  • Commercially minded and customer-centric with focus on business results and impact
  • Master’s degree or PhD in Organizational Psychology, Training/Development, Adult Education, or related discipline; coaching qualification and related professional certifications desirable
  • Commitment to risk management, controls, and conduct in program design and delivery
  • Experience leading teams and fostering inclusive environments
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to guide senior leaders through transformative learning experiences
