Job Summary
Executive Director of Global Technology Solutions for Enabling Functions, leading technology strategy across HR, Corporate Communications, Legal & Compliance, and Business Development. Focus on process optimization, data governance, and AI-enabled insights to drive scalability and automation of enterprise services. Reports to the Chief Technology Officer and manages a global technology team, partnering with functional leaders to align technology with workforce strategy, governance, and growth initiatives. Emphasizes governance, security of enterprise data, and regulatory compliance across HR data privacy, legal, and related domains; champions change management and cross-functional collaboration to enable enterprise-wide solutions and innovations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of related experience, or Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s preferred
- Extensive experience in technology leadership roles supporting enterprise or corporate functions (e.g., HR, Legal, Communications, Commercial/BD)
- Strong understanding of enterprise platforms such as HRIS systems, collaboration tools, document management systems, and compliance technologies
- Proficiency in software development, data management, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards relevant to HR, data privacy, and legal domains (e.g., GDPR)
- Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve enterprise operations and employee or stakeholder experience
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple global priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in technology leadership roles within the Biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies and their application in the Biotech industry
