Job Summary
Executive Director, LNHA for Majestic Care of Elliott is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the community, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and providing the highest quality of care. Responsibilities include leading a Quality Assurance and Process Improvement (QAPI) program, implementing an effective workforce management program (recruitment, retention, onboarding, orientation, training, and engagement), collaborating with the DNS and regional teams to develop a business operations plan, ensuring adherence to budgetary commitments, and participating in business development meetings with hospital leaders, payers, and physicians. The role also requires ensuring community involvement, developing business plans aligned with community needs, participating in state healthcare associations, supporting regional subject matter experts, managing department head teams, and coordinating risk mitigation and event management. A BS/BA in healthcare is preferred, with an active Nursing Home Administrator license and significant experience in post-acute care.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree from an Accredited College in Healthcare Administration or a related healthcare field preferred.
- Nursing Home Administrator License in state employed; license must be active, valid, and in good standing.
- Five to Ten years of experience in the Post-Acute Care setting, preferred but not required.
