Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations, provide leadership to management and frontline staff, and manage staff recruitment and retention to maintain census levels. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all Edgewood policies while supporting the success of our community residents, families, and staff. This full-time day shift role at Edgewood Boise Memory Care requires an Idaho RCA Administrator License, an associate's degree, and experience supervising staff in geriatrics or assisted living.
Required Qualifications
- Current Idaho RCA Administrator License
- Associate's degree in related field
- Previous experience supervising staff
- Previous experience with business operations
- Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience
- Passion and drive for helping others
